Extremely disappointed with the service from Foot Locker. I ordered a pair of trainers over a week ago and they still haven’t even been picked up by the courier. I needed them for this week and now won’t even be at the delivery address anymore. The 2–6 day shipping estimate is completely misleading—it should mean delivery, not just processing. Fast delivery wasn’t even an option when I ordered, and customer service via online chat was totally unhelpful. No clear communication, no real support. I’ll most likely be returning the shoes and won’t be using Foot Locker again.

I’m really disappointed with this service. Not easy to talk to anyone to complain either. I sent an iPad Pro 11 which was only a few months old in for a screen repair. The iPad screen was cracked in the corner but the iPad still worked well. It has somehow taken them more than 2 weeks to tell me that they can’t fix it?! How can they not fix a screen?! they also said they cannot send my broken device back to me so I can get it fixed elsewhere which seems ridiculous. I also have to wait 5 working days for them to check if they have a refurbished replacement or whether they’ll send me money towards it?! It all feels like such a scam. I don’t know what to do. has anyone else had this issue?

Great company, high quality plants and well packaged. Brilliant naming system which helps you care for each plants needs. Lots of help and advice on their website and the free online courses are great for learning more about caring for plants (including pruning and propagation) and extra tips on how to keep your plant healthy.
