I had not received the parcel and the…

I had not received the parcel and the week after someone from DHL comes to my door in a condescending manner , and rudely with no warning by the way. It was startling, as he had come with no authority knocking on my door and took it upon himself to question me. It was scary and illegal. You cannot come to my door a week or two after with no permission, and speak in that manner.

I'm incredibly sorry to hear about this incident which has taken place, and even more so for the distress and discomfort the courier has caused. I can completely understand your dissatisfaction, as this isn't the customer experience we strive to provide on our network.

Customer service gone down hill

Customer service gone down hill: regular customer but they’ve become terrible and do not refund correct amount or deliver your clothes anymore and deny this.
