Ordered some trainers they arrived at the collection shop in May.. footlocker never sent me a collection code and by the time they finally sent me one it was incorrect and the shop keeper told me they would be returned to sender the next day. I have been emailing footlocker to resolve this almost daily since May nearly two months later they still won’t refund me as they are saying the parcel is lost.. will never use them again. Customer service is a joke

Ordered on a special offer a razor and a facial kit.. my order never arrived. Emailed estrid twice within with no reply this has been nearly a month and now woke up to an email saying they have dispatched a pack of 4 razor heads and took £13 for a razor I don’t have!

Beautiful baubles! I placed an order and they arrived next day which is absolutely unheard of at the moment.

Would probably be a better company if the employees didn’t steal your parcels.
