Took over a week to receive my parcel I no longer needed them so decided to return. First of all having to print off return label which is a major inconvenience and then when I tired to return multiple shops told me the label doesn’t work, so now I’m stuck with shoes I don’t need but can’t return

Awful tired to return my shoes from footlocker and I went to multiple shops and both told me the return label doesn’t work, baring in mind I had to print off my own label. When I asked the shop works what do I do they looked confused, she first shop i went into to return the shoes he asked me to take his phone and try and figure out how to do the return, DHL IS a useless busienss
