I am really disappointed about the poor services where they were processing my case.. The case worker interpersonal skills were recognized but my rights of benefits were not achieved unfer Folksam insurance policy

If it concerns a claim case where you believe that something has not been done correctly, you always have the opportunity to appeal our decision.
In that case, you can contact the Claims Department on telephone number 0771-950 950. They are on site Monday-Friday from 07.30 to 17.00.
