Really disappointed with Domino’s lately. The quality has become pathetic —no taste, poor texture, and not worth the price anymore. Domino’s used to be my favorite, but not anymore. The meatballs were cut into halves, overly salty, and tasted pathetic. No freshness, no flavor just a waste of money. Domino’s really needs to improve, not worth ordering anymore.

This place is horrible!
Order sat for 40 minutes until I called. They told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour for it to be delivered. Why would they cook the pizza knowing it would sit that long?? I cancelled the order and anyone with a luck of common sense will stop ordering from the Greenville, MS location. It has been years now since they have had decent customer service. Today is the 4th time I’ve ordered a Pizza from Domino’s. Twice I had the wrong order, last time it was awful I couldn’t eat it. This time I have a tuna supreme for the 3rd time with 3 slices with a lump of tuna plonked on them, the rest have none. I won’t be ordering again.

Love pizza, problem with delivery and local store in yanceyville nc. Local management didn’t reply, national customer service sent two emails saying local manager try calling but no such calls. They really don’t care, so writing bad reviews will not affect the company response to problems. Why they have a below 2 stars. Shame pizza is good.

Dominos pizza York. How very disappointing ordered a large order and they missed the vegetarian pizza off our order.
Tried to call 7 times for a refund, but noone ever answered. Finally got through the following day, only to be told there was nothing they could do about it after this amount of time. Appalling! Our vegetarian contingent went hungry, we're out of pocket and the customer service was disguising.
Pizza quality varies
Domino pizza is all about fast delivery and their uncommon pizzas that can be found only in their chain. Moreover, they even have their own app where I can track my delivery, usually it takes under 30 minutes which is quite fast for pizza delivery. Sometimes it’s hot and perfect, other times a bit sloppy with not enough toppings. Nonetheless, I still believe this is one of the best pizzas in my country. I hardly doubt I will find another one with the same speed and price policy.

Dominoes uses halal meat on their pizzas. They have not made their customers aware which is incredibly deceitful. For this reason I will no longer be ordering from dominos as I am not a Muslim and do not support this process of killing and performing a ritual on animals.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. We just spent $30 on a pizza from Domino's that was inedible. It was burnt, had no taste, and the texture was like a piece of cardboard. It was basically a flavorless cracker with almost no cheese. When we called to complain, the employee was incredibly rude, claiming this was what we 'asked for' by ordering thin crust and well done. He was completely unwilling to resolve the issue. We called a second time, and while a different employee tried to help, the first guy refused to let her give us a credit. This was a total waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement."

Good service and great pizza
We use Dominos at Crystal Peaks about once a month. I order using the app and I think it's very good. We are a bit picky with food so I like that you can take off ingredients and replace them with others. I'd never order one at full price but there's usually 50% offers on and at that price, the pizza is good value.
Last weekend I ordered 4 pizzas for my sister in law's birthday. They were delivered within 15 minutes by a friendly and courteous driver. driver. All piping hot and looking amazing. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed that mine wasn't quite as ordered. I rang the shop and explained and they offered to refund me for the pizza. I agreed, ate the pizza and 4 days later got my refund. Can't comment on other shops but the staff at Crystal Peaks are very friendly and make delicious pizza.
Few times it was too much salt
This leads to the conclusion that they want to hide something maybe unfresh ingredients. But to be fair not everytime it was like this.
Spicy pizzas are the best here
Completely inedible. Purchased from Hwy 146 Baytown store.
Arrived quickly. Completely inedible. Apparently an entire large 10 lb bag of salt fell on this pizza. My goodness. Wasted my money as this could not be eaten at all. Thought the pasta may have been better, but the same amount of salt fell into the pasta as well. Will never, ever, ever order from Dominos again. I am choosing life rather than death by salt.

Been using Domino's for years but after this last order and not getting anything straighten out with management or corporate would recommend EVERYONE be very cautious when ordered here, 1st if you complain you won't get nowhere or ANYTHING even though site says if your unsatisfied they will make it right or refund you !! We got none of this or even a response from this local Domino's on Wise Ave in Dundalk Maryland. We ordered online for a pick up which site stated be approx 11-21 minutes and our order took over 40 minutes for us to PICK UP & they were not even busy at this time.... We got no apology not even a free bottle soda been going here for years without this bad service and more importantly got nothing after we complained. Corporate try tell us they seen a store credit but when called local store on Wise Ave in Dundalk MD they seem nothing and again offered nothing BEWARE - BEWARE- BEWARE
Be Weary Giving Out Your Bank Info!!!
I've been ordering pizza from the same store for quite a few years now. But today Friday 9/12/2025 would be a game changer. I had a tired some day didn't want to drive to store in traffic. So I decided to order in via app. The problem came at checkout not once but twice: my card was rejected. Money wasn't an issue, my bank confirmed nothing wrong in their end. So I hopped into car and made my way to the local store, about 10 minutes drive. I walked up to counter told manager what happened...met with resistance. In other words he replied snobbishly. I held my composure and placed my order. I used the same card that was rejected 2x via Domino's app. The card swiped fine. As for the manager, he offered no resolution to the app glitch. I sent corporate an email waiting on reply. I've already deleted the account after my request to update my information was ignored. I don't trust this app...had a log in issue one time before. Other customers who came into store confirmed that their card worked fine for them via app. Why did Domino's app reject my card twice? A question for corporate or the app developer who ignored my email change request. I DO NOT trust this app, at all after what happened today.UPDATE: Sunday 9/14/2025, Dominos reply to me on 9/13/2025 state that the card processor rejected the 2 attempts to pay due to " invalid postal code". This is a lie, instead of admitting their evil, they're trying to gaslight, project... it's my fault, I have a wrong zip code on my order. Again a white lie, because I used the same card on Sunday 9/7/2025, no problem. I'm good, I've deleted the account, I'm good🫤You can't train liars to tell the truth and admit their flaws, especially where their bottom line is concerned. We checked and found that your order attempts were rejected by the credit card processor due to "Invalid Billing Postal Code." This was outside of our control and the payment was never processed. You may have seen a pending authorization on your account, which again, is placed by the bank and is outside of our control. In general, they will release the hold within three to five business days; however, you can contact your local bank for more information. Make these lies make sense🤔🧐 UPDATE 9/15/2025 Domino's are you familiar with Credit card validation codes🤔 Let me break it down for you: Error code 96 clearly state that the error occur within the merchant's payment system, which is you Domino Pizza 😧admit your payment system failure😲🤔
The online app is horrible
The online app is horrible. It would not allow for delivery saying I am out of the area. Yet they have delivered here many times. I called the store and they couldn't tell me why the app said I was not in the delivery area. Then I ordered to carry out. This was not convenient for me but I needed to get pizza for my crew. I added the detailed order but I did not enter the order to checkout, yet it went ahead and placed the order. I was waiting to submit the order closer to the time that I needed the pizzas. This is because there was no place to put the time that I requested the order. I even called the store and they had no idea how to choose a custom time to pick up the order. The food was ready over an hour before I was serving. Not happy.
Don't order from Dominos if you really want to eat
I had an order accepted by Domino Kilmarnock a couple of hours in advance. Then when it was time to deliver it they suddenly cancelled with no explanation.
