My husband phoned an order through for a plant based pepperoni pizza and loaded cheesy fries, when he brought the pizza home i took one bite and realised they had given an actual pepperoni pizza not a plant based one!!
Luckily we had realised before all of it was eaten! The cheesy loaded fires were solid and practically still frozen! I am very worried that the staff are clearly not trained properly on Allergens and dietary requirements! Seems like they care more about speed than quality & care.

I absolutely love the body wash range.
I would like to point out that i suffer really bad with Eczema and it is impossible to find body washes that don’t flare it up!
Not only does the Cotton Fresh body wash ease my Eczema, it almost nearly clears it up!!
More effective than most steriod creams i have ever tried.
Please never stop making that particular body wash!
It smells gorgeous and always leaves my skin so soft!!

I ordered Wednesday evening and paid for next day delivery. I waited in the whole day Thursday only to find out that my parcel would not be delivered until Friday. I contacted a member of staff my complaint it took two hours for them to respond. Asking for my order number, name and billing address. I sent all my details over and still nothing. It’s been over 24hrs since that. My parcel arrived today and i took my cycling shorts out of the pack the stitching was loose and hanging off.
Really unprofessional and such a waste of money. I do not recommend at all.
