We use Dominos at Crystal Peaks about once a month. I order using the app and I think it's very good. We are a bit picky with food so I like that you can take off ingredients and replace them with others. I'd never order one at full price but there's usually 50% offers on and at that price, the pizza is good value.
Last weekend I ordered 4 pizzas for my sister in law's birthday. They were delivered within 15 minutes by a friendly and courteous driver. driver. All piping hot and looking amazing. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed that mine wasn't quite as ordered. I rang the shop and explained and they offered to refund me for the pizza. I agreed, ate the pizza and 4 days later got my refund. Can't comment on other shops but the staff at Crystal Peaks are very friendly and make delicious pizza.

I liked that the parcel eventually arrived and in good condition. It was 2 weeks overdue and I believe that I only received it after pestering the company (at least 4 chats) after it had gone well past the estimated delivery date. The responses I received were vague and didn't instill confidence, whilst my app was showing received in depot. I've had parcels delivered timely before, this has been my first not so great experience with them.

I was very happy to receive my books within a week of ordering. The books were in very good condition and less than half the price of new. I also got 4 for the price of 3. Great selection of books in their catalogue, I'll definitely choose World of Books again when I'm looking for my next reads. Thank you.

I ordered 2 charms and the parcel was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately there was only 1 charm in the package. I rang the helpline and spoke to Mehdi who was very helpful. He apologised and said he would reorder the charm straightaway for me. I received it today and am very happy with it. Thank you.

Fabulous holiday, hotel Papantonia is very nice, comfortable, lovely staff with the best hotel manager I have ever met. Airport check in and transfers very easy. Great flights with friendly crew. No problems at all.

Just rang customer service as I have a problem with my fridge freezer. Senwabo was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I agreed to do a customer survey and to my horror pressed the wrong button and gave him a negative review! Hope this message gets through to let him know that was not my intention.

Another great delivery from Yodel. I have received goods delivered by them many times and have never had any problems. Their tracking messages are very good and tell me when the goods will arrive within a 2 hour time slot. The drivers are friendly and courteous and the parcels well packaged.

I like ID because i always buy my own phone outright and a monthly rolling data contract is great. More than enough calls, texts and data than I'll ever need at a small cost. What's not to like?

Item delivered promptly. Bought for my grandson who specifically asked for these heavy duty work wellies. He seems very happy with them.

I can't fault the customer service of this company, hence the 5* I bought the dental chew but unfortunately my dog (xborder terrier) didn't use it as intended , instead stood it up, chewed and splintered it so I had to take it off him. However, I contacted the company who quickly responded and offered me a refund or something else to the same value. I opted for the squirrel toy, which arrived soon after. Its's a nice toy, Billy loved this and it kept him (along with me and my daughter) entertained for a couple of hours. Unfortunately the little devil loved it a bit too much and one by one the little squirrels ended up in the bin. Putting this one down to my bad toy choice for an aggressive chewer.

Really fast delivery and cheapest supplier I've found for ProFibre. 4th time I've used for this product and highly satisfied.

I chose a fun comic card and just customised the wording. Delivered on time. Recipient very happy. Job done.
