If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have been a loyal Domino’s customer for years and my local branch in Barnsley has always delivered to my address without issue. However, on 3rd August I called to place an order and was suddenly told that my house is “out of the delivery radius” – despite nothing about my address or the store’s location having changed.

When I questioned this, the staff member on the phone was rude and even hung up on me. I lodged a formal complaint the same day and was told an Area Manager would contact me. That call never came.

Since then, I have:

Chased by email on 9th August (no reply).

Contacted Domino’s via Facebook Messenger on 19th August (told I’d be contacted – still nothing).

Chased again on 27th August (again ignored).

It is now weeks later and I have still not received any proper response. At this point, the issue is no longer about delivery, but about the shameful lack of customer care. Being repeatedly promised a callback that never happens, and being brushed aside at every stage, is unacceptable for a company of Domino’s size.

I will no longer be ordering from Domino’s, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending their money here. If this is how they treat loyal customers with valid complaints, it says everything about their attitude to service.
