Dominoes uses halal meat on their pizzas. They have not made their customers aware which is incredibly deceitful. For this reason I will no longer be ordering from dominos as I am not a Muslim and do not support this process of killing and performing a ritual on animals.

This man is a liar and a thief

This man is a liar and a thief. Throughout he has lied to us about the job he would do, used images of other builders as his own, and pressured us to pay him before a job is complete and often before a job was even started. Any job he has started, he has done a terrible job, with multiple other builders telling us how bad it is with one telling us "that's the worst brick laying i've seen in my 40 year career".

He complained multiple times about his own chosen career choice, speaks about other customers like they don't matter, as long as he makes money out of them. One time even stating "f@ck em".

He cuts corners and is constantly looking to bodge to save money. He doesn't have a clue how to even cut out a doorway. I had to explain to him that using a disk cutter rather than just a hammer is very important to stop cracks forming. He layed a concrete floor without dampproof membrane, costing us thousands to rectify. Built the inside and outside walls so close together that in some areas, there was no cavity, meaning no insulation could be added at any point, even though it was his job to add the insulation. He purchased dirt cheap wonky second hand, underground bricks of the wrong size when I specifically asked him to try to match the bricks on my house.

He half built the front wall of my garage conversion without a spirit level, insufficient brick ties, no cavity gap. He wasnt even capable of lining the wall up with the bricks above the lintel of the original opening meaning the whole thing had to come down, which he then tried to charge me extra for.

The half built wonky and leaning brick wall at the back of the garage, which i saw he wasn't bothering to use a spirit level to build, also has insufficient brick ties, no cavity and he didnt even bother to take out the fence post where he was planning to build, and decided to build around it, so if i hadn't pointed that out, he would've happily left me with a fence post stuck into the corner of my brick wall. When i asked him what he was planning to do with that, he said "i havent got all day." He only showed up an hour earlier. After cutting some of the post down, he then continued to build the wall with half of the post sticking out the wall. The word lazy doesn't describe this guy quite well enough.

We asked him to replace our soil pipe as we wanted to add a shower that would feed into it on the ground floor. For one, he thought that connecting in higher than the shower trap would work, not even realising that water flows downwards. For two, he didn't replace the soil pipe, but instead charged us for replacing it all then cut a section out, using parts that are not usable for the direction of flow, shoving as much silicone into the gap as possible, resulting in our soil pipe leaking for the past 2 months. He has since blamed us for the leak, stating that we've been "wiggling" it... I remember him literally telling us "it wont leak, im a professional" then watching as it leaked before his eyes. I would've laughed if he hadn't stolen so much money from us.

His partner thought that he would keep the skirting board in at the bottom of the doorway he smashed out telling me "do you not want that there?". Well no, its a doorway.

He guilt trips you and pressures you into sending more and more money. When you ask why he's asking for more money at this stage without his previously agreed milestone even nearly met, he shouts at you, insults you and walks away when you do this a second time, when he realises you wont pay him more until the previously agreed milestone had been met, he takes your money and never returns.

I had previously asked him to supply and fit the windows for the garage conversion. He told me to buy them, which i did. I then asked how he was planning to fit them. He told me "surround it with expanding foam and it aint going nowhere". This man won't even use screws if it means saving some time

He told us that he would have the job done in 2 weeks and laughed at my partner when she asked if this was feasible and then lo and behold, he still hadn't even nearly completed the job after 4 weeks.

We had a structural engineer give us a survey of our garage after we were worried about his work and he confirmed that the work he had done was structurally unsafe and would not pass building regulations.

We have received multiple quotes from builders, proving how costly this cowboys incompetence and deceit has been.

This guy is a complete and utter cowboy who promises everything and delivers nothing finished or to an acceptable standard with the sole aim of retiring as early as he can, no matter the impact he has on his customers, who trusted him. It's hard to state enough how much we would not recommend him. He's a danger to himself and his customers. We are pursuing him in court and will redeem the amount he has stolen and the damage he has caused.

Our female engineer did an appalling job

- Zip ties instead of nails
- Did exactly what we told her not to do
- Moaned about us claiming we weren't going to be there, which apparently means she has a right to do whatever she wants on my property and I have no say in what happens.

Now we have the worlds largest fibre box (for some reason) beside our front door

The worst company to host your shop

The worst company to host your shop as a seller.

They treat you like you don't matter and are below customers. They take away all your rights even though you produce the products to enable them to make money, and they take a large cut of your hard work. If you don't stay above 4.7 stars out of 5, they remove your listings from search, effectively shutting you down. This means that if you get a single bad review from a customer as a small shop, you won't receive any more sales until it goes above 4.7, which is a never ending circle, because if you don't appear in search, you can't get sales, so you can't get reviews, causing panic and feeling powerless and helpless, even though all you do is try to help your customers and work extremely hard for them. This a form of bullying and they know it, but they don't care.

Only shops established long before they became hostile to sellers, have a chance to succeed now and even some of those I have seen become invisible, unless they pay for marketing to stay visible, which explains their motivation.

If you call support, they patronise you and repeat "I can send you our terms of service" over and over like ai bots, without actually doing anything to help.

If a customer leaves a nasty and unfair review, they refuse to take it down putting such an incredible amount of stress and anxiety on sellers, who often already have to deal with a lot of stress doing the job of a team as just 1 or 2 people, who don't make enough to quit their full time job.

Their stock price deserves to be where it is and a competitor will come along and replace them, unless they change their ways and start supporting sellers.

One of the worst, dodgiest companies i've dealt with.

They took on my job, for a standard 2.5 bed property, then refused to run my gas pipe internally. They sent engineers round to install, who told me that they would install the boiler without checking that the 15mm line is regulation approved and adequate which would have resulted in an uncommissionable, invalid warranty boiler, and forcing me to have a gas pipe run externally, which they knew would happen. I can see other reviews also state their refusal to adhere to their promise on their website for all gas pipe upgrades, so it seems this is common for them to lie and hide information from customers. They're more than happy to tell you any old lies.

To summarise my experience:
- Sleezy salesmen who haggle you up on the price after literally stating "im not like other salesmen"
- No communication with gas engineers. Either that or they deliberately tell the gas engineers to ignore your request for a new gas run, hoping you'll let them install it and run into issues later.
- They take on any job even if they can't do it
- They get you into a finance agreement and then don't cancel it when you decline their services, when they promise they will. Also stating multiple times "They don't do a hard search and it wont harm your credit" which, after checking with the finance company, is false. This just shows they'll happily say anything to you without knowledge.
- They overcharge you, haggle the price of random extras such as "an extra 5 metres of copper pipe".

The worst company I've worked with. I'm so glad I went with someone else, who installed a much better (Baxi) boiler for 2/3rds of the cost. Go local. Avoid these middlemen.

Really really really really bad…

Really really really really bad customer service. There is absolutely no help available for international deliveries. If your parcel is sent back to you there isn't a reason noted on the parcel or in the system. There's no way to get in touch with a human and you're just forced to call a chatbot which it goes without saying is useless every single time.

I'm still waiting for a response for my enquiry after 3 days past their "well get back to you in 24 hours or less" lie. I now risk a bad review from the customer via my Etsy shop and a lot of stress.

This company don't care at all about their customers, only cutting call support staff and saving money.

You've lost my revenue.

Lied about pick up time, rude staff

The voucher claimed we would pick up the car at 7am but when we got there at 7:15, the hostile kid at the desk of Click Rent told us that we would have to pay €55 to pick it up before 8am.

Very hostile boy who would not explain why the voucher clearly states we would pick up at 7am and instead kept repeating that we would pay €55. If they can't stick to what their service clearly states as the pick up time then what else are they going to lie about?

After speaking to a woman who works there, she explained that DoYouSpain have stated the incorrect pick up time. She was polite and calm which was appreciated but still doesn't make up for the awful attitude of the boy.

We have done this for you on our side so you will no longer receive marketing emails from moving forward.

In regards to the aftersales we do offer this to all customers as this give you the option to still have your appliance covered under a repair cover once the manufacturers warranty has expired however we do understand this is not for every customer and I am sorry if you feel this is some tactic but we do offer this as an additional service to make sure you are always covered if your appliance goes faulty.

Absolute dog s*it service. Incompetent 'support' staff, no contact phone number, refusal for anybody to help with postage labels purchased through Etsy. Constantly passing you to different departments and hitting dead ends. Rhiannon via live chat was an utterly useless woman and wouldn't even care to answer general questions such as "what happens when a customer refuses delivery?". Its a basic question and one that only someone with no cognitive ability would struggle to answer. An absolute disgrace of a company. The worst service I've ever received

Hosts have 0 protection from guests who…

Hosts have 0 protection from guests who book for 1 guest and turn up with 2 people. Then damage the property.

There is no ability to leave a review for guests but guests get to leave a review for the host, with no ability to remove false accusations, so guests can basically do what they want with your property with no repercussions.

They will charge you 30% when they claim to take 15%

They will claim to call you back when reporting an issue, but dont.

You couldn't create a worse company if you tried. Their CEO Glenn Fogel is lucky he has a job as I'm not sure he actually does anything. This company is being kept afloat by the fact it has a
near-monopoly.

Airbnb is far better for both guest and especially host.

Do not book or host with these thieves.

I have witnessed many ads on this site which are discriminatory. I contacted their support about it and Isobel informed me that they support it. Avoid them like the plague they encourage gender discrimination and by allowing it on their adverts, are actively promoting it. Disgusting
