Ordered pizza as a treat for the kids and one of them came without any cheese. Wow. Kids were really disappointed and having spent £40 I called the branch to see if they could replace …. and was connected to the most arrogant, smarmy, uppety individual I’ve ever had the misfortune to speak to. Useless clowns Alan and his yes man. Never mind the fact that you very rarely win the manager is an absolute bell ….. end of conversation. Reserved signs are meaningless even when spending money in their restaurant.

Absolutely dire customer service. Rang and cancelled tv package in March (twice) due to covid and virgin failed to cancel. They are still charging £103 per month. I need WiFi for work so I’m not able to cancel DD until I get sky WiFi. Complaints dept are a waste of space, will not call me been waiting over a week.
