The most stupid support team that's not helpful at all.
They sent a dress with a missing piece and when I reached out they agreed to send it, I told them I was out of country and they just told me it would be delivered within 7-14 business days.
Now after several days I asked them for an update and they said they've rejected my complaint because I didn't answer their calls (I was out of country)

No notification or follow-up and useless support that doesn't even live up to their word. Clown brand, clown support.

The management is really amazing and they sorted out my issue within a few hours when reported to them. Appreciate the fact that even their higher level management doesn't mind jumping into customer concerns and resolving them instantly if they can. I've already been recommending Deel to other companies as well, and they've earned my trust back.
