Polite ,i was cheeky as I paid cash for settees asked for couple of cushions to match.

We had andrew help us choose our sofa, he explained every detail and help us make a decision. We had lots of questions regarding the size colour and how to look after it and he really took his time to explain everything until we were ready to move forward.

Great support from Andrew identified all my needs

We were deciding between 2 sofas and the salesman was very patient and gave us all the information we needed on both and gave us time to talk and come to our final decision he made us feel very at ease and was very helpful.

Emily was fantastic, I went in 3 sofa shops last night and she’s only one who made any real effort to speak to me. She was very professional and polite and I loved speaking to her.

Lots of choice-helpful assistant-good knowledge of products.

Andrew was excellent in helping us with our purchase.

We been looking all over for some sofas we really like ,but never seen any we truly liked until we came last weekend and we both straight away that's the one !!.Came this weekend and the the salesman was so brilliant in every way possible. He told us everything we needed to know about these sofas. He pulled out the sofa-bed to show us it how it laid out ,how to mantain the upholstery.
This time buying a sofa was the best experience ever due to his expertise and guidance and over all friendliness towards us x

Explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service and helped us in picking colours through the large screen and also similar sofas with the same fabrics.

Went in for a Quick Look for some offered we’d seen online. Had a great chat with the team and ended up leaving with everything that we wanted. And due for delivery in less than 6 weeks added bonus

Andy helped us when we first came in, he was so lovely and helpful that we felt confident in selecting this store to pick a sofa with. He showed us multiple options and combinations of the sofa in different styles.
We came in and Andy and Will helped us organise the options, with all the patience and care despite it being later evening. They spoke through the sofa care packages and we ended up going with this and are thankful we did. The process was easy, and reassuring as a young couple making a big purchase for our first home together!
Have recommended dfs to all our friends as they seem to have actual care for the quality, what you’re buying, practicality (if it can fit into your living room, which we didn’t even think of initially) and customer service. Big thank you!

Amazing customer service. I spoke to Aaron who was very friendly and helpful. He took my order over the phone after I had a bit of trouble trying to place my order online. Great company to deal with overall.

We found a large collection of suites, we were treated with respect. Found the experience comfortable, delighted to find exactly what we were hoping to find.

The staff was very friendly and was not pushy as you get in some stores.

We looked online, and today we visited four furniture showrooms in person. DFS was the best for us because it had more traditional style sofas than any of the others, and beat them all on price. The woman who handled our order was friendly, efficient and explained things well. Delivery time was shorter than we expected (2 months instead of 3).
