Andy helped us when we first came in, he was so lovely and helpful that we felt confident in selecting this store to pick a sofa with. He showed us multiple options and combinations of the sofa in different styles.
We came in and Andy and Will helped us organise the options, with all the patience and care despite it being later evening. They spoke through the sofa care packages and we ended up going with this and are thankful we did. The process was easy, and reassuring as a young couple making a big purchase for our first home together!
Have recommended dfs to all our friends as they seem to have actual care for the quality, what you’re buying, practicality (if it can fit into your living room, which we didn’t even think of initially) and customer service. Big thank you!
