When we entered the store we were greeted politely and asked if there was anything particular that we wanted.
We browsed through the displays and then asked by Andy if he could help.
We had already seen something online which suited us,Andy then went through all the procedures and we ordered what we wanted.He was very polite and informative towards our needs,all in all great customer service

We looked online, and today we visited four furniture showrooms in person. DFS was the best for us because it had more traditional style sofas than any of the others, and beat them all on price. The woman who handled our order was friendly, efficient and explained things well. Delivery time was shorter than we expected (2 months instead of 3).

We were very happy about the flawless and kind service provided by the Sellers. By following their advice, we saved quite a bit on the sofa - that freed some extra budget to buy a lovely wooden coffe table. Would definitely recommend this Store.

Brilliant service by Andy & Will.
Brilliant service by Andy & Will at the DFS Clifton Moor branch, especially as we had to come back in to amend the order as we had failed to measure our lounge beforehand.
Nothing was too much trouble and nice cups of tea and coffee as well.

Great service from the 2 team members we spoke to. They both took time to engage with us without being too pushy. We had a 2 year old with us who was getting a bit bored and the team member processing the sale was very kind, remained patient and didn’t rush us. We were shown different sofas and were recommended other colour options similar to the colour and fabric we liked- Even moved matching cushions from a statement chair we liked to see if it matched.
