We have just been into the Clifton Moor…
We have just been into the Clifton Moor store to buy our sofa. Andy looked after us, he was kind, polite and professional, he listened to what we wanted / needed and fulfilled all our wishes. He is fantastic at what he does. He made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. After speaking with him he also researched and found us the poof we wanted in his own time! Massive thank you to Andy! We can’t wait for our sofa to come!

Eaziglide feet
Love our 2 sofas, but DO NOT PAY FOR EAZIGLIDE FEET!! We paid £57 extra for 12 of them. After 4 weeks, most of them have either fallen off or are hanging off and have stuck to our floor or the sofa legs. I requested a refund to be told I have to take all 12 back into the shop!! These sell on Amazon for £5.99 for 24, so DFS are totally ripping customers of with this.

It started ok but....
Delivery was on time. I queried the shape of the cushions on sofa as they were not as I remembered. After a few negative conversations, I was sent an email with comparison photographs, mine a brand new £700 sofa and theirs a showroom example. Sad to say but DFS managed to make my new sofa look like one that had been sat on by numerous persons over a long(ish) period of time. Looking at the reviews for DFS they are mostly complimentary about how good the showroom staff are, and that was certainly the most positive part of my experience with DFS.

We had seen two settees online so went into dfs but the one i had seen was online only Emily was really helpful we chose a different one in the end but went home to think about it went back in today ordered the settees the customer service was excellent couldn’t have been more helpful

Been into the Clifton Moor store in…
Been into the Clifton Moor store in York. Bought a corner sofa that had initially been bought but returned due to not fitting. It was spotted by Andy the store assistant that it had incurred damage, he took my details & said he would have it rectified & get back to me once it was available for resale. I was sceptical if i would hear back. To Andy’s credit, he did just that, he called me & I revisited, I was offered a good discount for the repair, (even though it is still “new”) & I have purchased. It is ideal for what we want & the help & assistance from Andy was nothing short of excellent. Fantastic employee you have there DFS, 5* service.
