We looked online, and today we visited four furniture showrooms in person. DFS was the best for us because it had more traditional style sofas than any of the others, and beat them all on price. The woman who handled our order was friendly, efficient and explained things well. Delivery time was shorter than we expected (2 months instead of 3).

Package arrived well within the hour window, and driver was courteous.

Good ongoing updates on the day for when the delivery would arrive. Delivery person followed instructions for when there was no one in. This is superior service to other couriers.

Very good communication prior to the delivery, and received a phone call from the delivery team shortly in advance of them arriving. Furniture was brought to outdoor patio where it will be used, and the team were pleasant about doing it. It really wasn't a bother, but Panther do send a number emails encouraging you to upgrade the service, but I found these easy to ignore,.

Speedy service, good communication. Can’t blame them for DHL arriving early and leaving expensive electronics in bushes when rain is expected. No harm done, but it can’t be DHL policy.

Superfood Market are excellent at communicating about the order, and they meet the stated delivery time. Fragile bottles are packaged well to protect them in transit. They stock products that are difficult to get anywhere else.

Fast and efficient service. When I’ve needed help, customer care was excellent. Still unsure of how much I might be saving over the bank rate. Does XE give an indication somewhere?

Excellent ground bird feeder table. Much bigger than most of its type, which are too small to accommodate more than one bird at a time. Sturdy and will stand up to the elements.

Very easy to find the right delivery service once I’d measured and weighed the parcel. The price for delivery within the UK of an 8kg parcel nearly a metre in length was remarkably inexpensive, given that it was collected from home, tracking included. Brilliant service that I would recommend to anyone.

This was my first experience with remanufactured cartridges. Other compatible cartridges were rejected by my Epson printer so, for a start, I was delighted that the machine accepted the Refresh product (I did follow the instructions in their video, which may also have helped). The savings over original cartridges are amazing, and Refresh delivered overnight at no extra charge. I am absolutely delighted.

I have searched widely for a traditional type of wooden desk chair that still had modern features: castors and adjustability. It was a relief to finally find one at Saxen.

I am very happy with the overall look of the chair, and it is relatively comfortable to sit in, but it's not quite as adjustable as I had hoped. I was also a little unhappy about small areas here and there where the wood was not properly stained to match the rest. The sleeve which hides the central column is also made from very cheap plastic that has some rough edges.

However, the chair fits with the character of the old desk I'm using and I'm grateful for that. The company was very good to deal with and answered my specific question about dimensions speedily.
