When we entered the store we were…

When we entered the store we were greeted politely and asked if there was anything particular that we wanted.
We browsed through the displays and then asked by Andy if he could help.
We had already seen something online which suited us,Andy then went through all the procedures and we ordered what we wanted.He was very polite and informative towards our needs,all in all great customer service

I put a note on front door asking if my parcel could be delivered at the back door but instead it was just left inside the gate

I am very sorry to hear that your delivery instructions were not followed. It is disappointing that the driver ignored your note and left the parcel inside the gate instead of delivering it to the back door as requested.
