Brilliant customer service
We was looking at a few items and couldn’t make our mind up, the sales consultant Andy helped ease this decision by answering our many questions and being patient with us during this process. We ended up getting 4 items and the whole process felt extremely smooth and surprisingly quicker than we thought! Andy was amazing, great customer service and extremely knowledgeable about every product there - would definitely buy again from Andy.

I contacted on the live chat option as I wanted to double check dimensions on an L shape sofa (I have limited room to work with) and arranged a call with Daniel to go through my options. In the time before the call I found two sofas would be better for the space I had to work with. Daniel went through my options with me and advised on extras to go with my purchase. Happy customer.

We visited several sofa establishments…
We visited several sofa establishments that day and we went back as we wanted to compare to all the other sofas we had seen.
We then asked for some help as we had questions. The chap was friendly, not pushy and offered the option of having printed copies for measurements of our chosen sofa. The if we decided to purchase, we could do that via a link with all the details.
We are looking forward to the delivery of our sofa and will review again once we have had this for a while to give realistic feedback.
