I believe the site is fraudulent. The items I ordered just never arrive and now the website links are bouncing to various URLs with no clear contact number available.
I placed an order for sunscreen with them (I am a frequent customer) at the end of August 2025. I did not receive the order until OCTOBER 17th! Not the usual for them. Additionally, the box was literally destroyed, the products were missing seals and opened. Care to Beauty offered me a small refund of 10% on two of the bottles and a 20% discount on my next order. That is technically less than their typical promos. Extremely disappointed and will be moving my orders elsewhere.

Don't pay for express shipping. They're just collecting money without delivering the product on the promised date. They don't even notify you about any delays.
Customer service is terrible — they keep sending ads and promotions, but they won’t even respond to a customer inquiring about their package. If you have other options to buy elsewhere, go with those instead of using this shop/website. You pay the right amount at the right time, but once they get your money, you can’t get any response from them. If your package gets stuck in customs, lost, or anything else goes wrong, you’ve basically just wasted your money — because they won’t provide proper customer service or offer any real help.
Ordered multiple times with an excellent experience each time. Knocked only one star as my usual items rarely come back in stock but overall I love this website.

Ordered shipping 5-9 working days. After TWO full weeks they haven't even yet shipped the item. If you contact them they say some specialist team will email you soon about this matter and nobody every does. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Product arrived damaged so I can't even use it. A refund was requested the xompqny agent offered 20% back only or a discount for next shop, even when they saw the pictures they said nothing else can be offered.

They sell a hair colour Phytocolor Permanent Color Shade 3 Dark Brown which states it is ppd free *" WITHOUT resorcin, PPD, parabens or ammonia."* yet when I look at the ingredients it has *P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE* Some people have a severe reaction to PPD so even testing they product can be dangerous. I contacted them about this but no response

I was so excited to receive my order, but then UPS lost it, which I understand isn’t this company’s fault. Care to Beauty was helpful at first, opening an investigation with UPS but since then my phone calls and email have gone unanswered and my package is still missing. I’m definitely disappointed.

Please stay away from this unreliable and not even a legit website. They might not even located in Portugal.
My lesson learnt in an extremely expensive way.
Have returned 2 suspicious counterfeit corrector creams at my own cost of postage. After many months went by that I fogot to follow up with the process as I didn't receive any receiving notification from the other party.
Unexpectedly, I received my returned parcel redirected to my house today, claiming no sender found in that address which the company provided for returning.
Thinking I was trapped in a scam!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. Please don't buy from them. They shipped using canada post, and I did not receive my order. When I complain to them, all they can say is "unfortunately, there is nothing we can do, contact canada post". Literally 0 responsibility. On their help page, they claim that they take their responsibilities seriously and if the order is not delivered, they will do their best to help. Utter bullshit. I am so pissed off right now.
P.S - In response to the reply by the caretobeauty team:
1) In all my online shopping experiences, this is the first time a company has completely washed off their hands saying "we can't do anything, contact the carrier". Usually there is some attempt to help or make amends. I once had a small time retailer deal with the carrier on my behalf and when it went nowhere, they reshipped the entire order to me free of cost. This was not a giant like amazon, just a company that cared abt customers. Needless to say, I am a customer for life.
2) I understand that you have limited access to tracking info but expecting me to chase canada post and absorb the loss if they don't help is ridiculous. I did not pay canada post, I paid caretobeauty and trusted you. And for the record, I raised a claim with cp which as expected, is going nowhere.
3) Your rep did not even bother to type a reply to me, just copy pasted template responses guilting me for not paying for a more expensive shipping option. For the record, I paid 10.69 CAD. An AI chatbot would have been more considerate.
4) I told you my concerns, sent my feedback, gave a negative review yet there has been zero attempt to reach out by your team so far. All you did was flag my honest review here for "illegal/harmful content". Seriously? It is only when trustpilot refused to remove it that you responded.
5) No, you did not provide me "all the relevant information". You provided me nothing. You sent me the tracking link again and asked me to contact canada post. Also for the record, the tracking link info doesn't even match what is shown on the portuguese language tracking page.
At this point, I have given up on this and chalked it up to a lesson learnt but I have never been more disappointed with a company's services. The only thing I can say is at least update your FAQ page to clearly state that you take no responsibility for lost or misplaced orders and that customers should be prepared to absorb the loss themselves.
Final update - I did not get my package. Caretobeauty couldn't care less if they tried. They did not contact me or do anything to help at all. Canada post did not help either. I cannot raise a chargeback since it was a forex card so I essentially lost 70$ for trusting this company.

The customer service has been great—very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery has been a huge issue. I tried twice, but both times the shipment failed to arrive because the courier claimed there wasn’t enough address information, even though the delivery location (Tarifabox in Tarifa, Spain) is clearly listed on Google Maps, online, and even with a phone number attached.
It seems that deliveries to Tarifabox simply don’t work, which is disappointing. I’ve now had to request a refund, even though I would have much preferred to enjoy the product. I hope this can be resolved in the future, but for now I cannot recommend ordering to Tarifabox.

I am 67 and my skin feels better for actually using Legacare regularly. Though the mimicking of skin color befuddles me, all things considered this product truly is a game changer and improves your skin. I would recommend it specially for the 40’s and older crowd. It protects, humidifies and primes the skin with just enough color of feathery weight. Pleased as punch I am! Will buy again when I run out.. can say enough about this product, it is an all rounder/THANKS!!

Bought Viviscal, the tablets were tainted. They refused to replace claiming that it is outside the return period. It is not a change of mind, the tablets are tainted which I only realized when I got to consume the pack. Unprofessional and not trustworthy, do not recommend.

UPDATED: They washed their hands of any responsibility again and hid behind policies that clearly protect them, not the customer. It felt like they were fully prepared for complaints like mine — which says a lot.
Product arrived leaking with a loose lid. Instead of taking responsibility, Care to Beauty called it a “cosmetic issue” and refused fair compensation. Their complaint policy protects them, not the customer. I won’t order again.

The company is based in Portugal, which is not clear on their website. Yes, they will reply with the same information as to all complaints about the same thing, but if it would be clear, you would not have that many complaints about it. The customer service is bad. Yes, we all in Norway know when the customs are necessary to pay, but your website is not clear and clearly doesn't care enough to fix it. I won't make the same mistake of ordering from somewhere without checking trustpilot and I recommend staying away and ordering from somewhere else, they are very cheeky, know very well that people will order from all parts of world just to sell as much as possible.
