Shipment to Singapore was smooth

Shipment to Singapore was smooth. Shipped address seems like it originated from Portugal. Nicely Package, no damaged items. I order all Phyto products. Good warning to say if it’s less than $400 is no import tax.

Booked 2 tickets from RDU - LHR, the ticket came up as $1,410, an operator called, informing that the price has gone up by $100. The operator was unwilling to help me book for an alternative time that would let me pay the same price. There are so many other times that would let me book with the original price. Saying the price has gone up bla bla bla forcing you to hurry up and make the purchase. I wish the operator had helped me explore for other alternatives. I'm just so sad that I feel like I didn't get the best experience. I wish she would be patient enough to give me options. I think it's a legit website, but be prepare to pay more than your original quotation and minimal customer service.

Post flight review - had a hard time checking in because they gave so many reference booking number and none are clear which one would be use to check in with the airlines. 1 out of the 4 flights wasn't confirmed and I had to be on a standby list. I'm not sure I trust to purchase again from this site though it did offer the cheapest.
