Rishi did a wonderful job with our son and really prepared him well for his UKiset exam (our son had an excellent result). He built on his strengths (maths) and focused on improving his essay skills and how best to approach verbal and non verbal reasoning tests. I love the Virtuo cars and the concept, ease of pick up etc. However, i wish there were MORE CARS available. If I don't book 2 months in advance, I never find a car. This is my only criticism!

I LOVE these masks. We have to wear them every day in Italy, so I bought them for my whole family (as well as for my family in the UK). They are so comfortable and they offer much more protection than disposable or cotton masks. Highly recommended.

WHERE ARE MY PARCELS?? One of them is apparently with a neighbour, but the card doesn’t say which neighbour.
The other has been left ok a “safe place”. We cannot find it anywhere.
Really appalling service and no one to contact to ask for help because of COVID.

A good range of products, delivered reasonably quickly to Switzerland. I believe that if I had been in EU ex-Switzerland, it would have really taken 1-4 working days, rather than the 6 working days that it actually took. However, this was done during virus lockdown as well, so that also contributed to it as well.
In summary, good and professional and I will use again.
