Great customer service / Courier in Tarifa is no good

The customer service has been great—very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery has been a huge issue. I tried twice, but both times the shipment failed to arrive because the courier claimed there wasn’t enough address information, even though the delivery location (Tarifabox in Tarifa, Spain) is clearly listed on Google Maps, online, and even with a phone number attached.

It seems that deliveries to Tarifabox simply don’t work, which is disappointing. I’ve now had to request a refund, even though I would have much preferred to enjoy the product. I hope this can be resolved in the future, but for now I cannot recommend ordering to Tarifabox.

As soon as we became aware of the problem, we filed a complaint with the postal services to investigate why your parcel could not be delivered despite the address being correct and publicly available. At the same time, we immediately shipped a replacement order to you free of charge so you wouldn’t be left waiting longer.

Unfortunately, once a parcel is handed to the postal service, the delivery process is entirely in their hands, and despite our efforts this issue could not be resolved. We have already processed a full refund for your order, and depending on your payment method, it should be credited to your account within 5–10 business days.

We’re very sorry that this experience prevented you from enjoying our product. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are actively working to avoid issues like this in the future. Thank you again for your understanding and patience.

Last email sent on 17/05/2020 and we are 11/06/2020 ... and nothing ...

Please allow for all first point of contact enquiries to be reviewed for reply before following up with a further email contact, as multiple requests for the same enquiry may slow down response timings.

You really have to do something guys, this really can't go on!

DO NOT ORDER FROM VONHAUS! KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I bought 3 items from the White & Oak collection (bedside table, chest of drawers and the double wardrobe) and ALL of them have been of poor manufacturing, poor function, and of poor design qualities. I am extremely disappointed and wish I could go back and buy my furniture somewhere else.
