high customs to Norway

The company is based in Portugal, which is not clear on their website. Yes, they will reply with the same information as to all complaints about the same thing, but if it would be clear, you would not have that many complaints about it. The customer service is bad. Yes, we all in Norway know when the customs are necessary to pay, but your website is not clear and clearly doesn't care enough to fix it. I won't make the same mistake of ordering from somewhere without checking trustpilot and I recommend staying away and ordering from somewhere else, they are very cheeky, know very well that people will order from all parts of world just to sell as much as possible.

We highly recommend Riddermark Bil for buying a car and also for selling the car. During both events everything went smoothly, hassle free and stress free. Definitely great service and everyone is very nice, including drivers who can drive or pick up cars anywhere in Sweden.

the customer service is great

the customer service is great, the communication is really quick and helpful, however we didn`t receive results on time, it was a bit of a drama during the night. The phone line is not available 24/7, only the live chat is available. After contacting the company we received results and certificate, but you don`t want to wake up a couple hours before your flight to chase results and stress yourself. There was a happy end and customer service is great, but probably will try to avoid in the future.

I never met such a bad custom service

I never met such a bad custom service! Absolutelly useless. I ordered broadband, they said I have to wait 10 days for the router, after 14 days I was there because I still didn’t have a router and they said it’s cancelled. No one email or call me when my router will come, they just cancelled it. But I can order it again and wait 10-14 days for router again. Thank you so much. Never again Vodafone. Don’t do the same mistake!! Avoid them!
