Appalling customer service when returning items

Good products at reasonable price but returning an item is a nightmare. You’ll pay for postage, an additional fee for returning an item, you will have no updates on how your refund process is going. If you try to contact them, you’ll get a useless AI which in the end will put you on a queue for an Agent, but no one will pick up. I have sent a complaint by email and got a response after 16 days!!! My money were refunded in the end….

Great app with amazing customer service

The application through the app is very easy and fast. I had the money available with 5 minutes. Also a virtual card was generated and i was able to add it to the iPhone wallet and used Apple Pay to pay the trader for the car. I was amazed I was able to pay over 10k in just a tap of my iPhone. Also i had a call from customer service just to ensure i was ok and if I needed any assistance.

They lost my parcel and will not refund me

I have send a parcel and they have lost it.
raised a case with them over chat and they kept saying they a re working on resolving it until it stopped responding to my emails when i asked for my money back. They lost my parcel , did not refund me and stopped responding to my emails.
basically thieves.
They were called Hermes in the past and now they changed their name due to bad reputation but what good it it if the management is the same and customer service is worst?!

They brought the wrong order and left…

They brought the wrong order and left before I had the chance to give it back. I have asked for my money back and instead they gave me credit on the app which I have asked to be refunded to my bank account as i will not be using their app again. Apparently they can’t but I will make a formal complaint hoping to get my money back.
Will never use them again!

Friday 17/02/2023 about 13.00hrs, I was waiting for 15 mins in a queue ( pharmacy queue) waiting to pay for an item.
In front of me there was a woman in a wheel chair and on older gentleman in his 70s with a cane waiting to be served.
There was no staff a the tills. The lady in the wheel chair just gave up on waiting so I decided to ask the staff serving the prescription queue if there's anyone that could help us as we were waiting therefor 15 mins and no staff showed any interest in coming to those tills. Before she could reply, one of your pharmacist started shouting from the back that I need to wait .I told him we were therefor 15mins, a lady in a wheel chair already left and an older gentleman was still waiting. He rudely shouted that if i can't wait i need to go to a different pharmacy??!!!

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.
Close the account and cleared the balance over 2 month ago only to keep receiving txt and emails that i still have £0.02 to pay. Tried calling them yet again ; can’t get through, as the call drops as soon as you choose “speak with ado” . Tried the chat over txt which is horrendous- they reply very slow, they don’t care what you asked. Just responses on what they want then they close chat without your permission.

Unprofessional service

The site pointed me to a petrol station and when i got there I was told they haven’t been accepting Colllection + for months! Went to another one and the service was just appalling. Rude and unprofessional.

worst customer service and tech support

they sent me a 5g esim in an area where there is no 5G.
calls were cutting out so I switched the 4G but still the same. now they sent me an esim replacement and meantime they disabled the service i guess as I have no more O2 network/no signal no matter the location. the phone is brand new iphone 13 mini and i had it tested in Apple store just to make sure all ok, They showed me logs on O2 network going down constantly so it is O2's rubbish network/service. raised a complaint with them but meantime i have no service

I have bought a pay as you go SIM and…

I have bought a pay as you go SIM and transfer the old number ( from same network ) to this new SIM. I was told it will take up to 48 hours to get the bundle i paid for when I bought the SIM.
What did I get?!: no service and the carphone warehouse team telling me that when i transfer the number your bundle can't be applied but the best one is that they can't do it either. They credit me £10 back against the CPW account and asked me to call a different team for a refund..
So basically I paid £10 for 6 Gb data 1500 mins and 1500 txt and got no service, lost couple of hours bouncing between O2 and Carphone warehouse and I'm looking at more time loss to call a different team to refund my money then look for a different provider...Keep in mind: NO SERVICE meantime!
Even the O2 guys called Carphone warehouse a scam!!! Looks like I'm not the only one in this situation
