I returned items for a voucher
I returned items for a voucher, and the company confirmed they received them, stating a refund would be processed. A month later, I hadn’t received anything. When I contacted them, they said they couldn’t do anything because it was past 30 days. Terrible company and customer service—think twice before buying from them.
