Not received refund after months of waiting
I returned an item in August and had an email saying they had received it but I never received any communication after that or my refund. I’ve contacted them numerous times and they keep fobbing me off with saying an email was sent with my refund voucher but it hasn’t l, I asked them to resend said email and have been ignored again! I have been a customer here for many years, never had a problem until now I won’t be buying anything from here again. Absolute joke.
