Returned the items, no update on how the process is going, messaged to question and got told I’m been put through to an agent which never happened. Products weren’t at quality I expected but the return has been shambles

Can’t get hold of them, rang 5 times no answer, emailed them 3 times and nothing. Ordered a week ago no news on any delivery date.

A technical issue meaning that delivery information was not being shared with customers, resulted in a high number of inbound calls and we were unable to answer all customer calls. I am so sorry that you had to resort to writing a review to flag this issue to us.
