Missing item, no response

I brought a 2 piece outfit, and only onw of the pieces was delivered, I have reported on facebook and whatsapp and got some AI response that someone would reach out, it's almost a week, no one has responded. I have emailed them, no response at all. I am dissapointed

No communication.

I am actually in the process of buying my first home and was recommended by my first seller to use WR, I pulled out from the first deal since I found a better priced home in a better location then decided to use WR. They gave me a quotation, then dissapeared. I tried calling, they do not pick up calls, I send a number of emails, I only got one response then nothing. No updates, no guidelines. I only wished for them to at least communicate. If you do not want to be stressed about your purchase, I advise you seek other solicitors.

The process to get my shoes was…

The process to get my shoes was efficient, packaging was excellent, and the suede Florence Chelsea boots I bought are lovely to look at. They do feel very light and plasticky thats why my review is a 4/5, but I have worn them once, & they seem ok. 100% for the service.

Simple, easy, yet professional

Taking a photo of myself from the comfort of my home, and having it professionally sorted out then delivered to my doorstep is heaven. I loved using the app, and my driver's license has a self taken, professionally edited photo.
