Unfortunately the garment arrived with a tear, but the customer service team offered a full refund.

Initial.comtact was I believe with a chat bot, but then Kai contacted me in person and Ronie Ann emailed to arrange the refund.

Kim answered my question quickly via live chat.

I had a really helpful response from Viks in the customer help department who was able to send copies of emails from 5 years ago! We're now all sorted 🙂

Quick and easy with the 'open locker remotely' feature on the app.

It's a great service, and so convenient. My only slight moan is that recently the lockers have been full and my order has had to be taken away again and delivered a day or even two later. Once it was diverted to a nearby location, which was fine.

Great selection of boots to choose from and they arrived super quickly. Reassuring that they can easily be returned if necessary, but no need on this occasion. Really pleased.

The email said 'scan the QR code above'. There was no QR code in the email. So I put in my phone number as directed as an alternative. It said it didn't recognise my number, even though I tried 2 or 3 times. So I went back home.
I then found the app and downloaded that. The next day via the App everything worked smoothly. So it'll hopefully be a 5 star review when my next parcel arrives!

InPost sent email updates so I knew when to expect my delivery. I was able to collect from a local locker when I finished work so didn't have to arrange for someone to be at home all day waiting for the post.

Excellent quality, quickly dispached. Only thing that let it down was Hermes messing up the delivery - as always. I wish companies wouldn't use them to deliver!

Simple dead battery at home, but arrived well ahead of the estimated time and didn't leave until my car was at the local garage and I was safely back home again. The initial message when you phone says you now have to download an app, but for we 'oldies' who don't have a mobile, there's a helpful human as well if you stay on the line!

As always, an excellent service. The books arrived within a couple of days days and really were as good as new. I don't think the revision guides had ever been looked at, let alone read! Thank you, world of books, for being there.

On 4 occasions now the order update page has informed me that a delivery attempt was made but that I was out and so a card was left. These are simply lies. I was in on all 4 occasions and no card was left, so no tracking number. The customer service number is useless as you can't get through to a person to ask if they are trying to deliver to the wrong address. I can only presume that the drivers can't be bothered to deliver everything, so say that people are out and return to the depot early. Surely if they had actually been here, they would have put a card through the letterbox?? I will never, ever buy from a company that uses Yodel again.

The stool arrived quickly, was easy to put together, and is feels sturdy to sit on. Ideal size for the smaller shower.

As always, the books arrived within a couple of days, and excellent condition. One appears never to have been read!
