I ordered MUS109144680 on September 1st. Tracking has never worked since the day Placed. I was expecting delivery on 9/11 but shipment never came. It is now 9/27 and the order still has not come nor does the tracking work. I reached out for a refund and they are telling me to keep waiting. I purposely ordered this shipment a month ahead of my holiday coming up and still nothing! Apparently they can’t reship my order and can’t return my money. This is unacceptable!
