Return/refund time
The items were okay quality, exactly what you’d expect for the price but the return process is horrendous! My partner was 4 days behind sending the items back, and she’s got the money 4 days ago… I’m still waiting 2 weeks.. I don’t know how online shop can survive this long with such a poor return process and refund.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent experience. Really sorry to hear you've not received your refund.
We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.
I can assure you that the refund will be processed, but if you wish to have a more specific date you will need to contact our customer service team using one of the options below.
