My flashspeed 1500 failed after 6…

My flashspeed 1500 failed after 6 months, after buying an additional battery. It will work with the additional battery connected but is dead without it. Vtomen have been very poor communicating with me and I have had to resort to getting a refund through Amazon. I would have been happy with a repair but I am not happy being ignored. Waited in all day for the collection of the faulty unit to be collected which never happened. Such poor customer service

Very poor customer service

VTOMAN FlashSpeed 600
I purchased the VTOMAN FlashSpeed 600 and was very disappointed to find that the power was virtually zero right from the start. Since then, I have been trying to return this item, but despite sending several emails, I have received no response from the company.

This lack of customer service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected a product that worked as advertised, or at the very least, timely support when there was an issue. I am now left with a faulty product and no assistance in processing a return or refund.

I strongly urge the company to take responsibility, respond to customer communications, and resolve this matter promptly.

Bought 2 Flashspeed 1500. Both failed within a month with error codes. No follow-ups for months. Till today, 1 year later still no resolution, warranty or replacement. There is a facebook user group "VTOMAN group" where people have endless complaints about this company's products and non-existent support. This response below from them is nothing but a pretend show to look like they care.

They were very kind and sent me their trolley cart as a kind gesture. I received it within a week. I have had a great experience with them and my product so far is great.

Ghost you when claim warranty

I have several vtoman products. Some are good, but my Jump1000 stopped working within the warranty period. Typical of these companies, they are great at first - advising to "run it down to 0% and then recharge to reset it" etc.

But once the warranty claim springs into action, they've got all the excuses under the sun. I purchased mine from eBay which had the same 2 year warranty, but vtoman says it is different. This isn't the case for other brands - the warranty is the same and we're protected under Australian Consumer Law whichever store you purchase it from in AUSTRALIA.

But with all these Chinese based companies, with no office in Australia and no phone number you can call - they simply just ghost use and don't reply.

Gloria was nice at first but just ignores all my emails now. So basically the product is ok, but if it breaks, you're screwed with nothing you can do. And no way of enforcing the warranty.
