2 dead batteries with the same manufacturers date and still under warranty. Trying to get warranty service has been a nightmare. I will order battery adapters on amazon for my ryobi tools. When the tools die it's time to use a different brand.
So I had a problem on Saturday and their new AI app said I there was 2 time slots on Tuesday and 4 on Wednesday to get tech help! Really! I have to wait up to 4 days to get customer service! So one contract ends in September and the other ends in November. I will be switching providers as they come up for renewal.
I love fidos reply.
Noone answers the phone anymore. A callback has to be setup thru AI. but Kenny says i can easily talk to someone.

There were problems with delivery and then there were problems with the unit. I gave negative reviews on amazon and than they tried to bribe me by offering my money back ....a free solar panel if I would change my review. Speaking to Amazon they told me not to change my review and they read the correspondence and issued me a refund that day. Than I later get an email from vtoman saying that they had delivered 2 replacement units and can I return them. I never received anything from them and told them as soon as they can send me photos showing delivery I will return the units I never received. Than later that day I get another email saying...all looked after. Don't worry about it.
Definitely not a company I would ever deal with again.

The company advertises free shipping but on checkout theres a 14.99 fee. Also they gave me a 20 percent off code but when i try to use it they say i have to soend 100.00. This company is a total scam and will NEVER purchase anything from them
Another update: so im on vacation in south america and i spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday because i received a bill for 1030 dollars. Duplicated charges, charges for a down payment when the deal was zero down. The rep put me on hold and came back and said ....these charges are wrong....really...i would have never guessed! Because i have had so many people lie to me i cancelled auto payment. When i get back to canada if my billing isnt corrected i will look for a new provider and they can take me to court. Update: Someone claiming to be from fido asked me to contact them on facebook or X. To bad i dont use either of these formats.
I had someone from the back office call me and tell me.." i promise you are getting the offer."
Than im told the offer is no longer available by a manager 4 days later. This is after my original order was canceled in shipping by fido.
I guess 18 years if being a customer means nothing to them. I guess lack of competition is the reason they treat their customers the way they do.

So i arranged the 3 day installation period as per their website. After not hearing from them the 2nd day regarding installation i was told........Unfortunately we have not heard back from our line providers on this! I have poked them and we should get a confirmation soon!
Now its 4 days after the 3 day period and still no word from them. In fact they havent even answered my latest email. I will start looking for another service provider. Also I now have to pay a 145.00 bill from telus because my contract is up.
They make me dizzy. According to the customer support its my fault. I ordered from myfit category. I have sent them back so im surprised that i got this message. I will try specsavers next time.

I received an email from zip recruiter saying they are looking for drivers in my area. I thought, this might be fun to do on the weekend or evenings. When I applied there system said, put in a practical age. Since when is 60 considered old. I cant wait to get my pension now. Thankyou door dash
I ordered the Dell 7240 premium laptop that they claim is new and in retail box. Plus it's touch screen. It wasn't new. It wasn't in a retail box and it's not the touch screen version. It doesn't even have the same processor as in the ad. Basically it's fraud. After emailing them they only said. Sorry for the problem we will refund your money. Well I live in Canada. They haven't said they would refund the taxes I had to pay to bring it into the country. Nor did they say they would replace it with the one in the online ad.
