This company is terrible
This company is terrible. My item never was delivered. When I called they couldn’t find any information about my order even though I provided the tracking number and order number. This was a big ticket item. I think this company is a scam

After you reported placing the wrong order, we immediately contacted UPS to intercept the package and simultaneously reminded you via email to directly contact UPS to refuse the package still in transit, to avoid the return process after signing for it.
