I read a few very helpful reviews on trust pilot which helped me before I purchased a very expensive item. I also like that when the company answered my post I was notified and could follow but could not write anymore.

2200 jump

I had an pre order for a 2200 jump. It was due to be sent early July so by mid July I sent an email to them and they apologised for the delay it was now going to be late July. They were very kind and sent me their trolley cart as a kind gesture. I received it within a week. I have had a great experience with them and my product so far is great.

2200 jump

We purchased our 2200 jump on 1/6/25
Paid in full with a delivery for early July. Haven't heard anything, I have emailed for an update but no reply. I did want to use this next month . .Since writing this I have been pleasantly surprised by the service from Vtoman.
