As much use as an ash tray on a motor bike.Hope you’ve got an electronics degree…

Hope you’ve got an electronics degree because Vtoman wouldn’t repair mine,they told me to send it Gosport & they would send out a replacement,but instead they have just kept the one I sent back with out any reasonable explanation.Don’t waste your trash space buying there products,I’m $200 out of pocket.

Worst company since the Big Bang,£200 out of pocket.Don’t waste your bin space.Although the 600w brick may be useful to stand on if you need to reach up into the cupboard for a tin of beans
Just a word of warning if you send a product back to Gosport because it’s faulty like I did (they confirmed it arrived on 16.9.25 & I would receive a new one)they will ignore you and not send anything out to you.

Worst company on the planet

Worst company on the planet,they will send you a response if you give them a bad review explaining how they aim to resolve the issue but if it’s about returning anything which I experienced because the Vtoman 600w worked once then wouldn’t charge.This seems to be a common theme when you look at the reviews.So anyone out there thinking of buying off this company “don’t because my purchase was through eBay who where dealing directly with Vtoman.The bottom line is they ask me to send back a faulty 600w power station which they confirmed they received,but didn’t send me a replacement and stolen the defective one I sent ,and then when I tried to contact them everything went silent.Ripped me off fo £200 This company are about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.

Your products take up valuable trash space.

Just had an A.I. response from Vivi explaining that they are not responsible for sending out a new power station ,the strange thing is they confirmed they had received the one I’d sent back that was faulty as It wouldn’t charge after only using it once and would sending out a new unit.The response they sent out is the 3rd in succession and worded exactly the same meaning Vivi is a bot,there’s nothing like a personal touch eh.
Do not trust this company they will very professional with right up until the point when you have a problem with there product then all you will get is silence.
There are 2 phone numbers for this company none of them ring.If you look at other people’s bad reviews you will see a response for the company who suggested that they are dealing with the issue but after the response you won’t hear anything.
They will receive bad press from me for about the next 2 years. They treated me like rubbish.

Don’t waste your money and bin space

More of the The usual.Returned product because wouldn’t charge after 1 use,promises of a new 600w power unit.lousy sad company,reputation they are the best in the business at ripping honest people off.There products aren’t fit for purpose,There new products are probably taking up valuable space in someone’s Trash bin as we speak.

Vtoman I’m falling in love with 😍 you

Treat there first time customers like dirt,they have got my Vtoman 600w power station that I sent back & promised to send out a replacement because that one only worked once and then wouldn’t charge.Still no replacement just cheesy A.I. Bot responses explaining how they are working to resolve any issues.Don’t trust your money with this horrible company,all you will get is silence.They claim to have an email but good luck with that one as there’s no one on the other end.

They confirmed that they have received my defective Vtoman 600w power station on 16.9.25 that wouldn’t charge and just said Lo on the front panel and promised to send out a replacement,well I’m still waiting,all you get out of this company is silence or a cheesy a.i. Bot response asking you to click on another link explaining how they are trying to resolve your issue but when you send another message and you guessed it,
more silence.

Ripped off,£200 down the drain

I’ll keep it simple,(the 600w power station worked once & then wouldn’t charge apparently that’s a common fault with this model)you have got my defective Vtoman 600w power station that I sent back to Gosport ,Hampshire,UK and you promised to send out a new one this was over 2 weeks ago & I paid for the shipping so where is it?Oh and I’ve been through all there contact links but still nothing but silence.Strange way to conduct business.

Feel betrayed and invisible

Don’t Trust this company they promised to send me a replacement 600w power station ,so I sent the defective one back because it wouldn’t charge after only using it once ,I even paid for the shipment costs ,it arrived in Gosport which they confirmed ,they then asked me to pay them £20 to ship the new replacement to my address which I agreed to but they left no details of an account to pay it into.By the way there customers service communication was great until the date they received the defective one 16.9.25 this is the date the date the communication became absolutely appalling.After this review gets posted on Trust Pilot they will send a cheesy a.i. Bot response explaining how they are sorry and are dealing with the issues & are resolving the matter.
Well guess what Vtoman I’m £200 down & you have still got my 600w Vtoman power station.Finally you have also promised a replacement.It’s no good sending a link for communication because you simply don’t respond,why?

I purchased a 600w power station,used…

I purchased a 600w power station,used it once for a 3 day camping trip,it charged absolutely fine then when I came to charge it ,it wouldn’t charge so they told me to use another charger which didn’t make any difference and just said Lo on the front panel,To be fair the customer service was great right up to the point when they requested me to send it back to Gosport in Hampshire,they even messaged me to confirm they had received the defective power station on 16.9.25 & would send me out a replacement,this is when the trail went cold.
I’ve messaged them but no reply at all just silence.

I’ve noticed they will reply to negative comments on this Trust pilot and pretend to suggest a resolution.
But the fact is once they’ve had your money they will lead by to believe that they will address your problem
& but the fact is there is nothing left but silence.
It seems to be a common theme amongst the complaints.I may have to take legal action as Vtoman are running a scam.Very disappointing and sad to treat first time customers like this.

Anorexic all day long baby

Excellent at delivering fresh air,I opened the door and the fresh air was there,delivery is always prompt for this item,However I ordered some diet pills as I have suffered with my weight for some years ,I’m morbidly obese I weigh in at 62 stone,I ordered the diet pills
7 months ago and am still waiting,I am still waiting and have now gained another 30 stone .
I have now resorted to getting a builder in to knock the kitchen wall down and make it open plan so my left anus cheek can fit in the kitchen,I have use
20 sets of joiners G-clamps to hold back the fat every
time I go for a piss.
