I ordered an almost new display model which arrived defective. (Company sells both almost new and refurbished on eBay) Company offered replacement & I asked that it would be same almost new not a refurbished. They then replied and told me to get a refund and buy a new one (for several hundred more $) bc they have no more for sale but it was a lie - they have 9 available right now on eBay (almost new units) Avoid this brand and seller! They sold me a fire hazard with input watts almost 1800 blowing breakers! Now tariffs raised prices on all power stations and I missed the opportunity to own one. I am disabled and can’t afford to pay more! I now have no emergency power for hurricane season! They lied about the condition of their product, sent me a defective product, lied when they offered to replace it, and then lied saying they had no more in stock! All while trying to get me to spend several hundred more dollars on a new unit.

The air 3 didn’t reduce any of my chin hairs as promised. BEWARE they’ll ask you to extend your trial in a bad faith attempt to run the clock out on the return window! I requested to exchange for air 10 with a coupon (cheaper than original purchase of air 3) due to more joules but they wrote back and said it’s not got more power or joules which wasn’t true. This caused a delay and then they wrote me back saying I can’t return at all. I used it faithfully for 3 months but it didn’t reduce a single hair on my chin! It did reduce my thinner previously lasered bikini by about 50% but I didn’t buy it for that. It isn’t strong enough for thick hair.
