The only thing that makes them a 4 star is the lack of communication otherwise it would be a 5 star from me. They had a week off when I ordered and they didn’t inform me the solar panel was out of stock otherwise good service and price. I haven’t used it yet 

Hope you’ve got an electronics degree because Vtoman wouldn’t repair mine,they told me to send it Gosport & they would send out a replacement,but instead they have just kept the one I sent back with out any reasonable explanation.Don’t waste your trash space buying there products,I’m $200 out of pocket.

I have a snow blower model DB7624e6O bought in Canada. The Auger axle broke after a few months. It was replaced under warranty. Next winter broke again.  They don't sell parts in Canada. Don't buy this crap! 

Careful, you compete with boosters on rolling on loot in WoW raid boosts! Never had this anywhere, they think it's normal. For me it's nothing more than scam. 

Ordered from Alidouro.com on July 22, 2025. After 3 days with no updates, I asked for tracking. They sent a FedEx number that showed “delivered” — but it went to a completely different person and address. FedEx confirmed it was never mine.

They stopped replying to my emails. Within days, my credit card was hit with $2,000+ in fraudulent charges from unrelated companies. My bank had to cancel the card and I’m disputing the original purchase.

Looking at other reviews, the same scam keeps coming up: charges show to a “charity,” fake tracking numbers, phones never answered, package weights that don’t match, and a few suspicious 5-star “bot” reviews.

Avoid Alidouro.com at all costs — they are not a legitimate business.

Absolutely fantastic service from the Perma Power team. They fixed my generator and got it running smoothly after two other companies had come out and tried to just sell me an entire new home generator. I asked them to provide a quote for my mother's home and the price came out far better than any other company and also offered an incredible ten year warranty on it! The professionalism of this company cannot be understated and I highly recommend them!

I'd also like to note that as an additional bonus, I'm an Expat living outside of the United States with limited trips back home so it's very hard to find good service on short notice. I reached out to them during my trip back home when I discovered my generator wasn't functioning correctly and they showed up immediately to fix the issue. Thank you so much for the quick response time and you've won me singing praises about you anywhere I go. If only you offered your services outside of Louisiana or the country, I'd be pulling you in everywhere I go!

Having paid the best part of 10k to Vitalpower I am still waiting after 9 months for them to complete the installation of my generator and sign it off. Due to the lengthy period before they deigned to turn up to 'commission' the installation, I couldn't find the keys which meant they had to come again with new ones. They charged me more than £300 for a visit from Coventry 15 miles away having done nothing on the first trip, but I paid it because it was my fault. When they turned up again they didn't bring the new keys with them, and after several more weeks I'm still waiting despite me emailing them with no reply. 
In addition the junction box next to the generator was so badly installed that the cables had pulled out of the bottom under gravity because there was nothing to retain them, exposing bare wire next to the metal case. Repeated emails and telephone calls results in usually nothing or at best a reply after several days, if you're lucky.
I will be reporting them to the H&S executive for this potentially fatal fault.
Vitalpower were supposed to turn up first thing this morning because I specifically stated I had an appointments all day from 10.30am on, but it had been booked for this afternoon, so the job still not completed, and I've been waiting for more than an hour for them to confirm a new date.
