The app is terrible, hardly ever works properly. Often gets into a login loop where its always trying to login but keeps failing. Thankfully the website works on phone.

I have been to Paul Kelly shows in Australia several times from the 90s onwards and I enjoyed the the one at the Town Hall the most.A big shoutout to his support act Reb Fountain and band,AWESOME

The guides are fantastic. They have a bottomless knowledge of the two venues. The Opera House is a magnificent living museum of theatre. The St James has been magnificently restored.

TM app very easy to use. Good relevant reminders prior to event. Booking process would be better if it was possible to see the view from the seats prior to selection.

I thought the show was too short and not enough variation. The dress up skits that were previously released were what attracted us to go and there were none.

While the total show was very enjoyable. The vocalist was not heard clearly above the instruments. The bass and vocal balance were set incorrectly.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful throughout the evening I had the best time, they made the night that extra bit better
