App needs improving and lines need to move faster!

I disliked how the Ticketmaster app wasn't allowing login or to view 'my events' through the app or website on the evening of 20th July. I had to many times, refreshing, going in and out, and eventually, the login screen loaded on the website, and then download the tickets to my google wallet.

Additionally, the efficiency of selling food and drink at the Bruce Mason Centre was terrible, along with exiting the stalls. The wait time is awfully long when lining up to buy food or drink, so something needs addressing here.

Simple, easy, and helpful

Great customer service throughout the venue, great communication via emails about the event and to use the app for tickets. One thing to improve going forward; have set times for when artists are going on stage - really useful and helpful to know so people can plan when to turn up to their preference.
