Whilst I could view my tickets at home, I COULDN’T open them at the Civic. I object having to remember a password to access something I have paid for!
Every change Ticketmaster makes it more difficult to use.

When going to Dion Pride, I booked for the Naked Samoans. Soooo much easier to deal with a person than a site that denies my choice of seats or/and won’t display the seating plan. I dislike being told “make a different selection so a single seat is not left” OR when I want 1 ticket, I can’t book a good seat (same reason as above)

Easy to select & pay for tickets. HOWEVER, I do not appreciate being told to change my password nor do I need multiple reminders about where to store, find etc my tickets.

Got everything I ordered, quickly and in great condition

It was excellent because I was booking for 3 not just ONE so I was able to get the seats I desired.
