No problem searching or accessing the show we wanted to book for, (La Bohem). Pulling up the phone app to show the tickets is easy but, for the few who don't have that ability I think printed tickets should still be an option. I did observe one couple having difficulty with the door keeper about this.

Quick and easy booking process with fast response providing all the information we needed.
The accommodation was well presented, cosy and quiet. It met our expectations and more.
There was a good supply of basic items such as tea, coffee, milk etc as well as a nice bottle of wine to welcome us.
The location was good and central making it easy to get to and explore the wider area.
Would recommend.
