The show itself was fantastic and we really enjoyed the performance. However, there was a misunderstanding about phone use—we believed it was okay as long as there was no flash. We’re truly sorry for any disturbance caused by using the camera. Unfortunately, one staff member approached and shouted at my mom very aggressively, which was upsetting and really took away from what had been a great experience. We hope future interactions can be handled with more kindness and clarity.
