We attended the first night of the opera La Boheme. The seats were good but the sound balance was off, with the orchestra drowning out the singers. It improved after the interval but it was disappointing not to hear the vocals properly. It don't think I'll go to a first night again, preferring to wait until the bugs have been ironed out.

Easy access, good service, friendly staff. The app didn't work again but fortunately I had the tickets saved on my phone.

Helpful staff. There appeared to be a problem with computers and there was a long line of people waiting at the box office. It was dealt with well and with a smile from the staff. This was a first night and there was an imbalance with the sound system and the singers were hard to hear but this was rectified by Act II.
