Flicket is good for our club
From a promotional point of view, the Flicket platform is easy to operate and navigate. It makes it easy to track data, build a database of customers and issue complimentary tickets to our event sponsors via email among other things.
Flicket enables us to offer digital ticketing and ease of access to our customers in a situation where we were previously unable to do so.
The Flicket team are often updating the platform to make it even easier for us voluntary users to work it in a timely manner.

Event producer review

Won't issue full refunds for cancelled events
Hello sunshine festival was cancelled and hello sunshine are pushing people to flicket as they managed the tickets. Full refunds aren't coming through, I'm down about 20% of what I paid, for an event cancelled out of my control. Dodgy company ripping people off.
Edit - was finally refunded the remaining amount, but only after i was able to share a screenshot of the T&C's to them. They didn't come forward honestly with the remaining refund until i showed their own terms back, whcih had been removed from the website when the event was cancelled. Not worth the risk.

Concert tickets think I’ve been scammed
Think this might be a scam. Purchased via the website x3 tickets for the Sublime concert at Havelock North advertised for 2nd January. 1st January evening checking the e-tickets I got sent saying 2nd Jan, as seen other publicity saying 1st Jan is the final concert! Seems like a scam 😡🤬😡

New Zealand Flicket is a waste of time. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all. They just send you the FAQ page to the website.
