Extra time

Great experience booking. And kept informed / reminded of event.
The "estimated" finish timing was out by nearly an hour though.
Couldn't see the other back-up singer because of speakers stacked on edge of stage though - dissppointing.

The Boss

Great event. Ticket process seamless.
Well managed. Shame the unfortunate usual tactic of stacking speakers on the stage ment we never saw the keyboardist!

The staff were brilliant

The staff were brilliant and it was a high energy well presented show.

A slight shame speakers on edge of stage obscured the sax player and support vocalist most of the time.

Great show but annoying how you…

Great show but annoying how you continue to stack speakers on stage restricting views - especially when there is a video screen show that can only half be seen from the sides. Why can't the speakers be elevated so we can see under them?

A great concert made better

Wonderful venue staff made a great concert even better.
The only issue was different timings being mentioned in various emails git a bit confusing.

Efficient door staff. Toilets still major venue problem but staff fine. Timing well off as we got more for our money!

Great staff being very helpful.

Great staff being very helpful.
Some confusion over the lift operation with it always stopping at all floors going up (& down) rather than being suited to traffic flows. (Especially when the cleaners are going against the flow with their carts)

Very efficient

Very efficient in process. A little pedantic on documentation (i.e. separate hospital letters for each show) but that's to be expected now days I suppose.

To those that wait

Ticketmaster were very responsive to my wife's need to change to a wheelchair ticket - once past the 40minute wait.

Help Given

Wonderful experience with the events team at MFC. Help was efficiently and effectively given for my wife, recently infirmed, to wheelchair her to her seat.
Only issue is the App that annoyingly defaults to USA all the time, including trying to click this review link on my phone.

Timing is crutial

Getting harder to get the wheelchair in a timely manner given need to wheel from car to seat.
Great service once staff found and underway. Very helpful on departure.
