was denied a claim for reason unknown, was advised that the adjuster came the shop where vehicle was located but this is untrue as the service manager will confirm, the shop advised to come get the vehicle as this was the only way of travel at the time, took the vehicle back and attempted the process again, was denied because of this I suppose, the people at this place would not even talk about it, was advised to file a new claim but was told it would also be denied. Not very happy with this company right now

Do not buy a policy from this company
Do not buy a policy from this company. I filed a claim for a transmission. After sending documentation, making 20+ phone calls to the company, (they never returned a phone call) paying for a teardown for the transmission they denied the claim stating "pre-existing conditions". After that, I couldn't get a hold of anyone in charge. Left many messages and never received a return phone call. Notified BBB and my credit card company that this was a scam. Select Auto did not respond to the BBB or credit card company. I got a full refund through my credit card company.
Well currently as it stands I would give it a five star I hope it can remain that if we move forward with the coverages and everything

My first warranty claim 6 months after purchasing the platinum policy, I along with my Honda dealership have not be able to get any response. I'm considering contacting an attorney.

I dont leave reviews often but I am absolutely appalled at the service we received. This is a long in depth one so buckle up. We dropped my husband's car at his mechanic in need of a new transmission. His mechanic tried to call the number given for 2 weeks with no answer. My husband called and they said oh you never signed the contract....we had been paying them for months and no one mentioned it when we had already called them a few times for payments. So he signed and they were like ok your mechanic can call now. He tried again for days. No answer. We had to call again. We asked if they could call our mechanic. It had been sitting in their shop for 2 weeks with the new transmission sitting in the shop waiting to be put in. They did not call and our mechanic still didnt get through. We called again. This time they put the claim in for us. After 3 and a half weeks my mechanic finally got through. But here's the kicker our mechanic put the transmission in the car because he couldn't just let it sit there for almost a month. Well now the warranty service said they will not cover it because they didnt get diagnostics. Our mechanic gave them all the diagnostic information. They still wont cover it. We also asked to speak to a supervisor. We called and they said they'd put in the request. 24 hours later. Still no phone call. We called back the authorization for us speaking to the supervisor had not yet been pushed through. They added a note to push it. Almost 7 hours later still no phone call. We called back and finally got through. They stated there's nothing they will do to cover the work since our mechanic didnt wait the weeks it took to get in contact with anyone. Our mechanic also said their authorization employee who took his phone call was nothing but nasty with him.

Partially my fault but don't like talking on the phone about this kind of stuff. Manage to get this purchased for my electric truck just through email and text, hoping product works the way I want it to.
