was denied a claim for reason unknown, was advised that the adjuster came the shop where vehicle was located but this is untrue as the service manager will confirm, the shop advised to come get the vehicle as this was the only way of travel at the time, took the vehicle back and attempted the process again, was denied because of this I suppose, the people at this place would not even talk about it, was advised to file a new claim but was told it would also be denied. Not very happy with this company right now

Allan was very helpful and took care of my needs in a timely manner, excellent person and knew his stuff. Would recommend him and his company to anyone.
