payment receptionist

I called in to make a payment on my first bill to pay the bill off either half or in full I was waiting online for 20 minutes. I finally was able to go onto the texting mode and converse with a receptionist who was handling my account and per my request switched it for the mid month for deduction and to assist me with the information on my account she did a great job but when the reception Eric came on the line lines informed him that I was texting with another reception and I had to answer her questions for us to have the financial contract and obligations completed it seem like he was bored rushing me I’m very frustrated I told him I only had one question to ask the amount or it be patient with me while I was on the texting line with the other reception so it would not hinder the transactions . It seem he was impatient and a little troublesome overall I am pleased with the financial transaction with the company and whoever was handling the transaction online through the chat system so I pay off one of my transactions the young man may need a little more training because if it was a lie the financial transaction ache possibly ruin business but tween a customer in the loan company all due to his demeanor .
